Since its inception, Cigar City Brewing has been singularly focused on producing the most consistent, highest-quality ales and lagers possible. Critical to this mission is our Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs, as well as our state-of-the-art Beer Lab. CCB has invested inordinate resources in personnel and equipment in our Lab which currently utilizes three full time employees to analyze our beer using PCR thermocyclers, alcolyzers, cellometers, discrete photometric analyzers and myriad other equipment. Every single batch of Cigar City Brewing beer is analyzed for color, flavor, bitterness, aroma, carbonation, stability and other quality-affecting attributes, and every single batch of Cigar City Brewing beer is tested for “true-to-brand” qualities by a sensory panel of tasters with combined decades of experience in professional beer assesment settings
FROM WHAT GOES IN
From the finest malts, to the most aromatic and flavorful hops available, we use only quality ingredients in our brewery. Whether local honey and blueberries or a spice from a local garden, we embrace the natural flavors of our land and share them in our beer.
TO WHAT GOES ON
Using carefully crafted brewing processes and finely honed recipes, our brewers earn their keep by adhering to a standard of quality that creates Florida's finest beers.
TO WHAT COMES OUT
Craft and skill, quality ingredients, and always a little love, combine in an inspired transformation, producing the mystical nectar of the flatlands.
We are a simple brewery, we make beer and we sell it. Our bar is simple, our menu is simple, prices are simple especially when paid in cash. Our operation is straightfoward, few frills and all about the beer. We welcome every beer drinker, from the folks just looking to relax with a pint to people looking to unpack layers of complexity. In 2018 and hopefully well into the future our tap room will be home to several barrel-aged stouts on tap at all times. In the past, as we were growing the supply was limited and these beers didn’t last long but we expanded barrel storage and now have enough so that everybody coming to the tap room can try some of our most highly rated and prized beers without the hype or lines created by limited supply. Quality is always top priority, in this case making more meant more practice and opportunity to tweak beers and the results are greater availability and improved quality.
Whether it’s the quality of our ingredients, the caliber of our beer, or just watching a breathtaking sunset with a Floridian in hand, Funky Buddha is all about creating enlightening experiences through beer. We take drinkers on a journey of flavor with unique brands and exceptional -- and unconventional -- liquid.
Its Brewery and Tap Room is located in the heart of Oakland Park, Florida since 2013, just minutes away from the Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport, downtown Fort Lauderdale, and miles of pristine beaches. It's the perfect spot to sample any number of the brewery's distinctive beers, each brewed using the finest, all-natural ingredients. Or take a tour of the source and see a glimpse behind the curtain, pop over to our in-house from-scratch restaurant for a bite, and pick up the latest exclusive bottle release you won't find in stores. We're open 7 days a week, 11:30am to midnight.
See you soon for a pint! Cheers!
Due South is an independent, Veteran owned, craft brewery with beer in 1000+ stores, bars and restaurants from Tampa to Key West. Every beer we make is proudly brewed right here in Southeast Florida in Boynton Beach. The brewery is housed in a large 27,000 square foot warehouse where dozens of beers are produced throughout the year on a 15BBL brew system.
We began on a sunny back porch when founder and owner Mike Halker ventured out to a local home brew shop to find wine-making supplies so that he could create sulfite-free wine for his wife Jodi. The shop owner steered Mike towards the beer-making equipment, saying "Wine takes too long." When Mike replied that he didn't like beer, the owner simply quipped, "You haven't had the right beer yet."
Founded in 2011, Tequesta Brewing Company is the destination for craft beer connoisseurs offering only the highest quality of craft beers in a wide variety of styles and flavors. Our intimate bar is never filled with strangers, only friends you haven't met. We are honored to have so many call our brewery "home," and we look forward to seeing you there.

Inspired by Professor Fritz Briem and Schlossbrauerei Au’s Berliner Weisse (1809), 7venth Sun began developing recipes for this tart, crisp, and refreshing beer. Throughout the years, the brewery has released small batches of traditional Berliner Weisse a a numerous variations of Florida Weisse beers. We think it is a perfect style to complement Florida’s sunshine.
Through collaboration with other burgeoning breweries, discussing process ideas, and dipping into the vast availability of tropical and citrus fruits the state had to offer, it was the beginning of a path that set the tone for 7venth Sun – innovating traditional styles by taking a new approach.
There are a couple of cool things in the brewery that reflect our history and tell our story. When you visit the tasting room, check out a brick that was built into one of the corners of the bar that pays homage to Mike’s great-grandfather, who also owned a craft brewery in Lexington, Kentucky, over 100 years ago. And directly opposite that brick, you can see the handprints of the 3 daughters who inspired the name of the brewery.
At 3 Daughters Brewing, our goal is to create great tasting craft beers. We hope you’ll come by the tasting room in St Petersburg to try one of our over 60 craft beer recipes on tap. Not near St Pete? Look for our craft beers in restaurants, bars, and grocery stores in Florida, Georgia and the Bahamas.

Internationally recognized for its lack of light pollution, the night sky above the prairie is inky black—campers can spot the milky way without using telescopes or binoculars.
Sometimes referred to as Florida's inland sea, Lake Okeechobee is central to a region of Florida historically known for its agriculture, but in recent times also equated with superior fishing, boating and trails. The second-largest freshwater lake entirely within U.S. boundaries, it is contained by the Herbert Hoover Dike, built in 1928. Surrounding the dike, rich earth supports a lucrative sugarcane industry and roads through the flatland outskirts take you among the fluttering fronds of the sweet crops and the towns that prosper from it. Waterways on either side run into the "Big O," as the lake is called, making it part of a152-mile boating passage way through the middle of the state known as the Okeechobee Waterway.
Florida is the only state in the continental United States with extensive shallow coral reef formations near its coasts. Coral reefs create specialized habitats that provide shelter, food, and breeding sites for numerous plants and animals. This includes ones important to fishing like spiny lobster, snapper, and grouper. Coral reefs lay the foundation of a dynamic ecosystem with tremendous biodiversity. The Florida Reef Tract stretches approximately 360 linear miles from Dry Tortugas National Park west of the Florida Keys to the St. Lucie Inlet in Martin County. Roughly two-thirds of the Florida Reef Tract lies within Biscayne National Park and the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary, a marine protected area that surrounds the Florida Keys island chain

This is where the magic happens. All of our wines are made right here in house. Just steps from the beach you’ll will find the most unique winery on earth. Beach real estate isn’t cheap s0 we squeeze a lot of wine out of a small space, about 900sq ft.! We use three 2000-liter jacket fermentation tanks and nine 2000-liter racking and aging tanks. Filtering is handled by our 40-plate plate & frame filter, and all the bottling is done by hand right in the front window. It’s not a lot of room but it is enough for us to create the most amazing libations known to man. With 20 varieties being produced and about 50 awards won in our first 4 years it’s obvious we make great use of the limited space we have. If you think our wines are good now though, just wait till we get a bigger place. MWAHAHAHA (Evil Laugh)
Strong Tower Vineyard & Winery is an inspiration come true through years of planning and perseverance. Now a certified Florida Farm Winery, we have planted and grown three very carefully chosen grape varieties, from which all our wines are created. Each grape, chosen for it's own unique flavors and characteristics, is encouraged to bring forth wine that is true to the grape. These selections consist of the prized and delicate smaller rich Norton (Cynthiana), the flavored sweetness of the Ison and Carlos Muscadines and when in season blueberry and sweet blueberry, strawberry & watermelon wines. You will enjoy your walk to the vineyard when you visit. You can smell the wine on the vines. We open for "U-Pick" in harvest season - a nice family outing, and the grapes are so delicious!
We truck grapes in from all over the USA, including our own vineyards in Ohio. Then, we ferment and press the grapes on site while enjoying an ocean view. Once the grapes are pressed, we donate the pressings to the local community gardens and age the wine in ultra premium grand cru oak barrels. We love the ocean so much that we even have an ocean view from inside our tank room.
